Ideal candidates should be well versed in all-lines adjusting, have a minimum of 10 years of experience, and be familiar with national and local carriers. Sales experience preferred but not required.

This is a state licensed position for Independent Insurance Property Adjusters for the following states:
Alabama, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia.
The ideal candidate should be state licensed with 5 years experience preferred (but not required). Additional endorsements and certifications will strengthen application. This application will serve for Catastrophe Deployments with opportunity for daily claims as they become available.

Responsibilities
- Conduct Proper Investigations, Set Adequate Reserves, and Perform Adjustments of Claims
- Recommend Claim Payments to Policyholders and Claimants
- Obtains Necessary Information From Claimants and Experts to Fully and Accurately Assess a Loss
- Apply Understanding of Insurance Policies and Policy Interpretation, Establishing Appropriate Loss Estimates Based on All Relevant Information and Findings
- Adheres to All Applicable State Insurance Regulation Requirements and Other Applicable Laws, Regulations, and Standards; Maintain Requisite License for the State(s) Assigned
- Maintain Electronic Records That Accurately and Thoroughly Document All File Handling Activity
Skills/Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products Required
- Be Proficient in All Aspects of Xactimate/Xactanalysis and/or Symbility
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication, Organization, and Analytical Skills
- Comprehensive Knowledge and Understanding of Insurance Policies and Endorsements, As Well as the Ability to Understand Complex Documents, Contracts, and Other Legal Documents
- Active Adjusting License Per Assigned State Requirements
- 5 Years Verifiable Experience (Preferred)
